It is also possible to apply on-line from the Graduate College Web Site. The chemistry department requires additional information which must be submitted by mail. The applicant is also encouraged to contact the graduate recruiter at this time.

Please mail the Academic Record and Application for an Instructional Position forms directly to the Chemistry Department's Admissions Officer at 107 Physical Science, Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, OK 74078.

Required Materials (Checklist: word, pdf, Application Packet: word, pdf)

1. Graduate Application for Admission.
   Please refer to the Graduate College Web Site for these forms. These forms can be submitted on-line.
2. Academic Record Form (word, pdf).
3. Application for an Instructional Position (word, pdf).
   This form must be filled out if you wish to obtain a Teaching or Research Assistantship.
4. Three letters of recommendation.
   Please supply your recommender with a Waiver of Right to Inspect Letters of Recommendation (example waiver: word, pdf). These letters need not accompany your formal application but they must be received before an appointment can be made.
5. Official transcripts.
   Transcripts should be sent from all institutions of higher education attended.
6. Application Fee.
   Please refer to the Graduate College Web Site for additional information about the amount and payment options. Domestic applicants can request an application fee waiver from the chemistry department. Please contact the graduate recruiter for details.
